O entendimento é que existe uma <b>prestação de serviço</b> e que a falta de solução para o problema seria uma prestação deficiente. A QuintoAndar é uma nova empresa, aparentemente grande, que está investindo em uma área que já conta com a presença de outras grandes empresas já bem tradicionais.
